DRIVING:

From the NORTH:

• Take I-5 South
• Take the exit on the left onto I-405 North toward Beaverton/US-26
• Take exit 1C for Barbur Blvd/US 43
• Follow signs for Barbur (stay in middle lane)
• Go straight through light at Barbur and move to left lane on SW Arthur
• Turn left at SW 1st Ave
• Turn left into ADP Bldg Parking lot

From the SOUTH:

• Take I-5 North
• Take left exit 299B for I-405 N (signs for I-405/Beaverton/US-26 W)
• Take exit 1B for 4th Ave
• Turn right at SW Lincoln St
• Turn right at SW 1st Ave
• Turn right into ADP Bldg Parking Lot  (If reached light at SW Arthur, you have gone too far)

• Take I-84 West
• Take the exit on the left onto I-5 South toward Beaverton/Salem
• Take the exit on the left onto I-405 North toward Beaverton/US-26
• Take exit 1B for 4th Ave
• Turn right at SW Lincoln St
• Turn right at SW 1st Ave
• Turn right into ADP Bldg Parking Lot  (If reached light at SW Arthur, you have gone too far) 

• Take US-26 East
• Take the exit in the center lane onto SW Market St
• Turn right at SW 1st Ave
• Turn right onto SW Arthur
• Turn right into the ADP Plaza parking lot at the signaled cross walk

PARKING:

Option 1– Free 30 minute Visitor Parking

• At the signaled crosswalk on SW Arthur St., or from SW 1st Avenue, turn into the ADP Plaza parking lot underneath the ADP Plaza building.
  *NOTE: There is NO parking at or under the ADP building after 7:00 PM. Cars will be towed.

• Street parking.

BUILDING ENTRY DIRECTIONS:

• Enter the door at the top of the stairs with the hand rail.
• Go through 2 more doors (one goes into a stairwell, the other into the hallway).
• Turn left and follow the hallway up a short set of stairs and pass a long bank of windows.
• Just past these windows on the right, is the Donate Life Northwest office, Suite number 175.

• Turn left past the elevators.
• Donate Life Northwest is the second door on the left, Suite 175.

• Pass the elevators and continue down the hallway.
• Keep going up a short set of stairs and past a long bank of windows.
• Just past these windows on the right, is the Donate Life Northwest office, Suite number 175.

• Take the West elevators to the first floor.
• Turn left off the elevator.
• Turn left down the hallway.
• Donate Life Northwest is the second door on the left, Suite 175.

• Take the East elevators to the first floor.
• Turn right off the elevator and continue down the hallway.
• Keep going up a short set of stairs and past a long bank of windows.
• Just past these windows on the right, is the Donate Life Northwest office, Suite number 175.
