What: Donate Life Northwest's 17th Annual Golf Tournament

Registration Begins:  12:00 noon
 Driving range open – unlimited range balls!


Putting Contest:  12:00 noon – 1:15 pm
Winner receives a Wild Horse Casino Getaway Package includes a round of golf for two and an overnight stay – Come early and don’t miss this opportunity! 


Workplace Oregon Chipping Contest:  12:00 noon – 1:15 pm
 Winner receives a special Herman Miller Workplace Chair – Come early and don’t miss this opportunity!


Grab-N-Go Lunch:  12:00 noon – 1:15 pm


Players to Carts: 1:15pm
 Drive to designated starting hole


Shotgun Start:  1:30 pm
 Exciting on-course contests and sponsors!

Buffet Dinner and Awards banquet immediately following golf

Your entry fee includes greens fee, cart, driving range privileges, tee prize,
on-course beverages, lunch, bag tag and service and buffet dinner.  All players are eligible for course contests which include KP, Long Drive, Short Drive, and Long Putt competition - PLUS special door prizes.


Optional on-course contests include the Bunker Shot, Hit the Green wager and the Vision Impaired Drive.  Come ready to play!


Dress Code:
Collard shirts required, no sweats or cutoffs, no denim, soft spikes only.

Why: To raise money for Donate Life Northwest's education and outreach programs that register organ, eye and tissue donors and save and enhance lives.

Who: The double flight tournament hosts up to 240 avid golfers from the business, medical and philanthropic community. Each hole will have a transplant recipient, donor family or living donor to greet golfers and share their story.

Cost: $900 per foursome, $225 per golfer. Corporate sponsorships available from $500-$5,000.
