Volunteer Orientation

• Thursday, August  19th, 2010 9:00am - 10:30am
• Tuesday, August 24th, 2010 4:00pm - 5:30pm

All volunteers are required to attend this basic training prior to volunteering for Donate Life Northwest. The training reviews the organization’s history, programs, goals and best practices.

Speakers Bureau

•  Thursday, August 26th, 2010 9:00am - 10:30am
•  Tuesday, August 31st, 2010 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Volunteers who have attended Volunteer Orientation, are actively involved with Donate Life Northwest programs and have public presentation skills/interests are invited to attend Speakers Bureau training. The training provides volunteers with the tools to successfully present to a variety of audiences and offers guidance on how to share their personal story in a compelling manner.
