Community Outreach

The goal of Community Outreach is ACTION: to increase donor registrations by motivating people to sign up with a code on their driver's license/permit/ID card, online, or on a paper form.

Donate Life Northwest participates in Community events educating the general public about organ, eye and tissue donation such as:

• Quilt shows
• Blood drives
• Annual parades and health fairs
• Workplace partnerships
• Faith groups
• Civic organization meetings
• Donate Life Month

The opportunity to sign up on the donor registry is available at most events and activities in which Donate Life Northwest staff and trained volunteers participate.

Community outreach through Donate Life America initiatives includes:

• Workplace Partners for Life
• National Donor Sabbath                               
• National Donate Life Month
