Donate Life 201: Spotlight on Kidneys

March is National Kidney Month!

Bring your questions and curiosity to this training, which help us to understand the clinical reality and the human impact of kidney disease. We will explore how kidneys function, the reality of dialysis, and the life-saving science of transplantation. The highlight of our session features a powerful panel of transplant recipients who will share their personal journeys. This session is designed to equip you with knowledge and stories to enhance your advocacy for organ, eye, and tissue donation.

This training will happen virtually, via Zoom.

This event is free and open to the public

201 Trainings are dedicated to expanding the skills and knowledge of our Ambassadors.  They are open to the general public, including educators, students, health care professionals, community health advocates and media professionals, as well as the local donation community: donor family members, living donors, transplant recipients, and those on the waiting list.
