 The ideal candidate for this role:
✅5+ years of experience working in a leadership and fundraising capacity with a
nonprofit organization or equivalent work environment.
✅3+ years of experience in direct staff and program management.
✅Proven track record in successful fundraising, including individual and corporate
donors, sponsorships, grants, and planned giving.
✅Demonstrated experience implementing strategic plans, organizational
development, change, and transition management.
