Even at her sickest, Juana Hernandez believed in helping her family and community. With her donor's kidney, she has much more energy to continue serving those around her.
National Donor Day- Valentines
National Donor Day is observed every year on February 14. It was started in 1998 by the Saturn Car Company and its partner, the United Auto Workers, and is supported by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. National Donor Day is a day to recognize those who have given and received the gifts of life, sight, and health through organ, eye, and tissue donation.
This year, share the love by requesting and sharing some National Donor Day Valentines. Each sheet contains 4 individual valentines cards that can be torn apart and shared to spread the message of organ, eye, and tissue donation.
The deadline to request valentines in time for National Donor Day has passed. Valentines will only be mailed to addresses in our service area (Oregon and Washington). You are also welcome to download the files and print and cut them yourself.
You can request a maximum of 5 sheets (20 valentines) of English cards and/or 5 sheets (20 valentines) of Spanish cards.
To view the cards before requesting, or to view and download to print on your own, click below.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or issues with the form.
