Program Sponsorship
The goal of all Donate Life Northwest programs is to motivate people to sign up on the donor registry, and to educate the community about organ, eye and tissue donation.
Donate Life Northwest staff travel the region to provide free school presentations and award-winning curricula resources to schools in Oregon and Southwest Washington, with the goal of educating as many young people with the facts on donation before they receive their first driver's permit, license or ID.
Multicultural Outreach / Done Vida
Resarch shows that ethnically diverse populations are less likely to say "yes" to organ, eye and tissue donation, despite a disproportionately high need for organ transplants. Multiculturally sensitive outreach is crucial to reach this community through targeted education and outreach initiatives.
Donate Life Northwest promotes a positive culture of donation in the Pacific Northwest through its presence at community events and health fairs, and through annual collaboration with faith centers. Numerous gatherings bring together our unique community and raise awareness of donation, and serve as great sponsorship opportunities.
