Classroom Presentation Request
Donate Life Northwest, in collaboration with Cascade Life Alliance, provides multiple ways educators can bring thoughtful, culturally-sensitive, and factual education on organ, eye, and tissue donation in a manner that engages and inspires students.
Educators can choose from in-person, virtual, or Teach-It-Yourself presentations.
- In-person or virtual presentations: Educators in Oregon and SW Washington (Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Walla Walla Counties) can request either an in-person or virtual program presented by Donate Life Northwest or Cascade Life Alliance staff or highly-trained volunteers.
- Teach-It-Yourself: Educators who prefer to teach the materials themselves will be provided with everything needed at no cost; including lesson plans, engaging videos, activities, handouts, and a post-presentation survey. We also have a variety of resources allowing you to customize the class content and activities to fit you and your students' needs.
For presentation requests or to gain access to the Teach-It-Yourself materials, please fill out the form below or click here. In-class or virtual presentations require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice, as this ensures we have enough time to schedule a speaker and get them the materials needed for your classes.
If you're having issues with the form, please contact us at education@donatelifenw.org for assistance.
