For dialysis providers:
Given regulations by CMS, dialysis providers are now required to provide education on transplant to all patients and submit proof that they have done so. Our program provides exactly this education, as well as a unique perspective from a former dialysis patient and two-time kidney recipient. Our education program will allow patients to ask questions and learn and gain confidence in advocating for themselves and the treatment options that are the best fit for them.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to help protect our staff and volunteers, we are not currently able to visit dialysis centers. We can offer phone, email, and online meetings for any patients interested in learning more about their treatment options.
