Community Presentation Request
Donate Life Northwest can help you bring the message of saving lives and improving health through the promotion of organ, eye, and tissue donation to your community group or organization. These can include organizations such as service groups, faith-based groups, clubs, businesses, and non-profits just to name a few.
We provide free in-person or virtual presentations throughout our service area of Oregon and SW Washington (Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Walla Walla Counties). Presentations are given by highly trained Donate Life Volunteers with a personal connection to transplant and/or donation or by a DLNW staff member. Our presentations include the most up-to-date, factual information about organ, eye, and tissue donation, personal stories of impact, a Q & A session, and free educational resources and materials. We recommend scheduling 45 - 60 minutes to include the entire presentation.
We appreciate requests to be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your event to ensure we can arrange a presenter and gather materials and resources.
Please note:
- If you are hoping to request a Threads of Life Quilt for your event, please fill out the quilt request form instead.
- If you are needing a school presentation, please fill out the Classroom Presentation Request form.
- Donate Life Northwest serves Oregon and SW Washington (Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Walla Walla Counties); we will only ship materials within our service area. If you live elsewhere, find your state's affiliate by visiting Donate Life America.
